Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW TATTOO?
Remove the bandage after 2 hours and wash with soap and water. Apply a very thin cream or lotion, just enough to soak in the skin 2-3 times per day. Do not pick or disrupt any scabs. Do not sunburn or soak a new tattoo. Do not re-bandage.
CAN I WALK-IN AND GET A TATTOO?
Yes! We are open 7 days a week and take walk-ins most days. Please keep in mind this is not always a guarantee but we try our best! We will take walk-ins based on first come, first served basis. It is possible that we will have some appointments already scheduled when you come in so just bear in mind.
HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
The very best way is to stop into the shop and schedule with the artist directly as they keep their own schedules. It is routine with booking that a small cash deposit is made to reserve your time. Deposits will be deducted from the overall price of the tattoo and are non-refundable if you no show.
CAN I GET A TATTOO IF IāM UNDER 18?
No, we only tattoo clients over the age of 18, NO EXCEPTIONS even with parental consent.
HOW MUCH WILL MY TATTOO COST?
Pricing varies depending on complexity and placement, however the shop minimum fee is $100.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? HOW CAN I PAY?
Please bring your current photo ID. Cash is preferred but we do also take electronic payments.
DO I NEED TO BRING A DESIGN?
Reference is helpful, but not necessary. We have lots of designs for you to choose from and we also do a ton of custom work. Come in for a consultation.
SHOULD I TIP MY ARTIST?
Gratuity is very much appreciated! It is common for clients to tip the artist, just like at a hair salon.
CAN YOU COVER AN OLD TATTOO?
Sure- anything is possible but it all depends on what you got, what you want, where it is, etc. Come in and we can give you a better idea of the possibilities.
DO YOU OFFER BODY PIERCING?
No, we offer tattoo services only.
CAN MY FRIEND / FAMILY SIT WITH ME WHILE I GET MY TATTOO?
We all love some moral support! However, our space is very limited and we do have multiple artists working in the shop. Your friend or family member may not be able to sit with you, they are welcome to hang in the waiting room. We have to respect the space of other clients being tattooed as well so it might not be possible for your friend to sit with you during your tattoo service.
